Is it hard not to move since you're awake?

Answer 1:  A little. It's kind of like an MRI. The more you think about the fact that you can't or shouldn't move, the more you want to. So I had to distract myself from those thoughts and paid more attention to the procedure itself, which was much more interesting anyway.
